Den Braven Romania is part of the Dutch multinational company, Den Braven Sealants, world leader in professional sealants.

Premises Den Braven Romania didn't use any SFA application. The sales agents took the orders on paper forms. Due to competition growth, the company decided to implement a SFA solution, which will also allow the agents to collect marketing data, to process cashing documents and be an effective communication tool. The solution After analysis of several solutions, Den Braven management decided to implement EXPERT Mobile Agent, on the basis of experience and success in previous similar projects proved by SOFTEXPERT. EXPERT Mobile Agent is a state-of-the-art SFA application, developed on Microsoft .Net technology, running on Windows 2003 server and using MS SQL server 2000 with Reporting Services. The sales agents use pocket pc's with Windows Mobile. The data are synchronized with the central server through GPRS. Beginning with May 2005 all the sales agents use successfully EXPERT Mobile Agent. In December 2006 was realised the interface with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, implemented by Ager Solutions. Benefits - Increased efficiency of the sales activity. According to Den Braven Management, "after the implementation of EXPERT Mobile Agent, the sales rose above the target.
